Tuition fees for a child at the nursery at 22/221 Tomickiego Street from September 2023 to August 2026:

The tuition fee at the facility at 22/221 Tomickiego Street is listed in the nursery price list and equals the monthly fee limit for a child's stay in the care facility, published on the website of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy, from the moment of awarding funding for the operation of the nursery under the "MALUCH+" 2022-2029 program for the development of childcare facilities for children up to 3 years of age, for 36 months or until the end of the term of this Agreement, whichever comes first.

This amount, which is the monthly fee limit for a child's stay in the care facility, in accordance with the "MALUCH+" 2022-2029 program, section 4.3.6, is updated at least every six months on the website of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. The nursery reserves the right to change the tuition price list in the event of an update to the monthly fee limit. Information regarding the fee limit is published on the ministry's website at: https://www.gov.pl/web/rodzina/limit-oplaty-za-pobyt-dziecka

The Municipality of Krakow provides subsidies for children in care. If you sign an agreement with the Municipality of Krakow in this regard, during the period of receiving the subsidy, we reduce the monthly fees for childcare by an amount no less than the subsidy received from the Municipality of Krakow for a given child. The monthly amount by which the childcare fees are reduced is calculated according to the following formula: number of hours of childcare provided in a given month (calculated based on the childcare agreement concluded with the parent, but no more than 10 hours per day) x hourly subsidy amount in PLN. This subsidy does not affect the fees paid by the parent. Please also note that the subsidy and the above-mentioned provisions apply only to children residing in the city of Krakow. Any comments regarding the subsidy should be directed to the Department of Social Policy and Health of the Krakow City Hall, ul. Dekerta 24, 30-703 Kraków, phone no. 12 6169227, room no. 8, e-mail: sz.umk@um.krakow.pl

The monthly fees listed above, reduced by the municipal budget subsidy, will be reduced by an additional subsidy of up to PLN 836 under the "MALUCH+" 2022-2029 program for the development of childcare facilities for children under 3 years of age. This amount will be deducted from the fee paid by parents from the moment the subsidy is awarded for the operation of newly created nursery places for a period of 36 months or until the end of this Agreement, whichever comes first.

For parents receiving subsidy, in order to reduce the parent's fee for a child's stay in a care facility, as referred to in Article 64c of the Act on the Care of Children under 3 Years of Age (ZUS benefit of PLN 400), the basic nursery fee will be reduced by the amount of this subsidy up to the fee limit referred to in § 8, point 1. If the result of the calculation at any stage is less than 0, the parent's fee will be PLN 0.
