Monthly Fees
The monthly fee for a place at the Private Bilingual Nursery "Małe Cuda" in 2025 is PLN 2100 for 10 hours of care per day, 5 days a week, or PLN 2200 (located at ul. Tomickiego 22). A subsidy from the Municipality of Krakow, approximately PLN 735, is deducted from the monthly tuition fee, as well as a subsidy of up to PLN 1,500 for the Active Parent program. This means that the actual cost of nursery attendance from October 2024 is PLN 0!!!
The fee includes:

10 hours of high-quality childcare with qualified staff

English language classes: a minimum of two 30-minute sessions per day, exclusively in English, during and during other classes, games, and activities

Educational and parenting activities conducted using a bilingual method (mixed Polish-English conversations during play and learning, instructions in English throughout the day). Our staff speaks English fluently, making exposure to the language a natural experience for children.

Educational and developmental activities conducted using various developmental and educational methods based on modern and traditional European educational programs (details of teaching methods are available here).

Thematic activities such as speech therapy, art, sports, cooking, and music.

Consultations with specialists are available: midwife, psychologist, speech therapist, dietitian, and educator. The full schedule is available from the nursery director.

Nursing care.

Parental participation in special events, team-building activities, and workshops - according to the established schedule.

Organization of special and family events for children and parents, such as birthdays, Grandparents' Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, Carnival balls, etc.

Special and individual events will be organized, whenever possible, for an additional fee (detailed information is available from the nursery director).

Management support in Polish and English for parents/guardians.
Daily meals are provided by the experienced catering company Katering Karmnik (more information about meals at our nursery can be found here): full meals cost PLN 19.
One-time Fees
A one-time fee for preparing materials and school supplies for the child for the school year is PLN 600.
As part of the annual fee, parents receive the following for the duration of their child's attendance at the nursery:
Materials and supplies for children and parents, used to continue learning English and for fun during free time, weekends, etc.
Comprehensive personal accident insurance for the child
Certified and high-quality supplies, equipment, and materials needed for childcare at the nursery
Care on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is arranged individually with parents, for an additional fee.
In 2025, the Municipality of Krakow will provide a subsidy for children in care.
The subsidy provided by the Municipality of Krakow is PLN 3.50 per hour of childcare.
Pursuant to the agreement signed with the Municipality of Krakow in this regard, during the period of receiving the subsidy, we reduce the monthly childcare fees by an amount no less than the subsidy received from the Municipality of Krakow for a given child. The monthly amount by which the childcare fees are reduced is calculated using the following formula: the number of hours of childcare provided in a given month (calculated based on the childcare agreement concluded with the parent, but no more than 10 hours per day) x PLN 3.50.
In the case of providing care to a child with a disability, the Municipality of Krakow provides an additional subsidy of PLN 6 per hour of childcare. This subsidy does not affect the fees paid by the parent.
We also inform you that the subsidy and the aforementioned provisions apply. These provisions apply only to children residing in the city of Krakow.
