Welcome to the bilingual kindergarten, little miracles

We discover the world of language, adventure and fun with our children
A few words about us ...
Thinking. Exploring the world. Asking questions. Experimenting.
These are just a few skills and traits we nurture and develop in the Non-Public Bilingual Preschool "Little Miracles". Supporting children and providing appropriate conditions for them to acquire skills and knowledge in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development is our most important task in daily work with children.[1]
All activities aim to properly shape the emotional and intellectual development of our children through teachers implementing a program tailored to appropriate age groups. Children aged 2.5 to 6 years can attend our preschool.
We teach children to understand, explore, and experience emotions. We encourage greater independence and joy in discovering the fascinating world through learning and play in Polish and English.
Our staff has years of experience implementing programs and practical teaching in English, gained from working in creches and preschools in Ireland and the UK. We deliver such teaching programs supported by educational aids, games, and exercises in English in our bilingual preschool. Scientific research shows that preschool children develop cognitive and language skills better when learning two languages simultaneously. More on this topic can be found here.[1]
Bilingual education and learning starts with thinking in Polish and English, manifested by the child's effortless switching between these two languages. Our language teaching practice is close to language immersion.
When learning the alphabet, we teach both alphabets simultaneously; when counting, we do it in Polish. In younger groups, we learn words, concepts, and name the world around us in both languages. We sing and rhyme similar counting rhymes and songs.
In older groups, we explore seasons, object names, issues from other cultures, the origins of events and traditions, and name emotions in both languages. As a result, children naturally think, solve problems, and communicate in Polish and English. In English learning, children are supported by the Emys robot, a modern tool for easier vocabulary acquisition and free conversations.
Of course, preschool children spend most of their time playing, but it is during free play with peers—who are often already bilingual or born abroad with English as their first language—that they absorb the most new stimuli and knowledge.
We place great emphasis on physical activity and outdoor movement. We have access to a playground, and trips to the park and campus garden are our favorite walking spots.
Thanks to stimulating play and a practical approach to learning, our little miracles can freely develop into bright young minds. Children in our preschools are under the care of specialist teachers: psychologist, special educator, speech therapist, and therapist, who conduct daily classes, observations, and interventions when working with children with diagnoses and preschool groups, focusing on early diagnosis of any developmental disorders or concerning symptoms.
Currently, we operate Bilingual Preschools in the following locations:
The task is carried out by the Ultimate Recipient of the Support - the "Cities on the Internet" Association with its registered office in Tarnów at 11 Krakowska Street. The Grantee, Tommar Creche sp. z o. o., allocated the received funds for the purchase of multimedia equipment and software that will help in the implementation of tasks relating to the foundations of systematic, age-appropriate, wise and responsible education, supported by traditional and digital materials, at the Bilingual Private Kindergarten "Małe Cuda" in Krakow.
